Looking for a new found footage nightmare to watch this Halloween? Shudder is bringing a chilling new horror movie to its lineup with Infirmary, premiering October 2 exclusively on the streaming service.
The official trailer has arrived, offering a disturbing glimpse inside an abandoned psychiatric hospital where something clearly went very wrong.
In Infirmary, a security guard mysteriously disappears during his first night working at an old psychiatric hospital in 2023. The only clues come from his bodycam footage, which captures a series of unexplained and increasingly terrifying incidents that continue to baffle investigators.
Paul Syre, Mark Anthony Williams, and Danielle Kennedy star in the found footage horror film, with Nicholas Pineda directing.
Infirmary will premiere as part of Shudder’s Season of Screams, the streamer’s massive Halloween-season celebration featuring new movies, series, specials, screening events, and live watch parties.
The four-month horror event runs through the holiday season, with new premieres arriving every Friday and plenty of nightmares to fill your watchlist.
The lineup includes Parasomnia, the latest entry in the V/H/S franchise, V/H/S/Mixtape, body horror thriller Bloody Tennis, supernatural horror film The Cycle, Milly Shapiro-led Hallowarrior, Season 3 of The Creep Tapes, the 2026 FANGORIA Chainsaw Awards, and the new Halloween special Joe Bob’s Halloween House Party.
Infirmary premieres October 2 exclusively on Shudder.
