A Haunting paranormal television series returning with 16 new episodes in 2027

The paranormal is returning to television. A Haunting, the supernatural series that originally aired from 2002 to 2007, is being revived with 16 brand-new episodes scheduled to premiere in September 2027.

According to an exclusive report from Deadline, Radial Entertainment is bringing back the long-running series for its next chapter, introducing a new collection of allegedly true paranormal encounters.

The new episodes will air on Radial Entertainment’s Paranormal Chronicles FAST channel in select territories.

A Haunting Returns With New Paranormal Stories

Originally airing on the Discovery Channel, A Haunting followed accounts of alleged supernatural encounters through dramatic reenactments and interviews with the people who claimed to have experienced them. The series ran from 2002 to 2007, building a following among viewers drawn to ghost stories and unexplained phenomena.

The revival will retain the franchise’s focus on reported paranormal activity while introducing a fresh creative approach. According to Deadline, the new season will emphasize suspense, dread, and psychological terror, drawing on a broader range of witnesses from the United States and abroad.

The series will also expand its use of archival materials, photographs, home videos, and social media content to bring these accounts to the screen.

Radial Entertainment Revives the Paranormal Series

Radial Entertainment is positioning A Haunting as part of its strategy to develop established entertainment properties for new audiences.

“A Haunting is exactly the kind of enduring franchise we are building around at Radial: recognizable, proven programming with a passionate audience and meaningful room to grow,” said David Buoymaster, Chief Investment Officer at Radial Entertainment.

He added that the company aims to combine the franchise’s established identity with experienced production partners and a modern creative approach, creating new episodes for audiences and platforms around the world.

The revival follows the original A Haunting in Connecticut and A Haunting in Georgia specials, which helped pave the way for the television series.
