‘Magic Mtn’ Trailer Blends Rock ‘N’ Roll Fairytale With Satanic Horror

Rock ‘n’ roll, Satanic rituals, and supernatural horror collide in Magic Mtn, a new metal-infused horror fairytale from Hana Mae Lee (Pitch Perfect) and Hal Satin.

The film is set to screen at Fantastic Fest before arriving on October 13, 2026.

Magic Mtn follows the mysterious Lord Mmorke, a sinister narrator who guides viewers through three interconnected fables set in a world beyond reality.

The stories include a Deathrock squatter imprisoned by a sadistic psychiatrist and forced to confront the consequences of regret; two criminal plumbers who find themselves descending deeper into the clutches of Hell while navigating the beer-soaked world of Los Angeles’ Sunset Strip; and an ambitious architect whose dreams are built upon a dangerous bargain with the Devil.

As the stories unfold, what begins as a collection of strange tales gradually becomes something more sinister, with rituals and supernatural forces blurring the line between fiction and reality.

The film stars Ashton Hirota, Monica Lamela, Jose Herrasti, Jae Lee, Miriam Ataya, Ron Reihel, Ben Price, Daniel Adkins, Ozmodeus Le Preem, and Jane Dough.

Music is also a major part of Magic Mtn, with the soundtrack featuring Eva O, Super Heroines, Rozz Williams, Voyeur, Resist and Exist, and Aleister Crowley.
