ITN Studios, the company that brought us Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey, is teaming with producer/director Louisa Warren on two fractured fairy tale horror movies: Cinderella’s Curse and Sleeping Beauty’s Massacre.

New images from Cinderella’s Curse have been released, offering a glimpse of the dark and twisted reimagining of the fairy tale. The images show a blood-soaked Cinderella, a menacing Fairy Godmother, and a group of gory deaths.

The film is written by Harry Boxley and stars Kelly Rian Sanson, Chrissie Wunna, and Danielle Scott. Wunna plays the Fairy Godmother, who she describes as “cunning, cruel, and deadly.” She promises that things are going to get “extremely bloody” when her character is around.

Cinderella’s Curse went into production last month and is scheduled to be released in October 2023.

What do you think of the images from Cinderella’s Curse? Are you interested in seeing the film? Let us know in the comments below.

Born in December, the darkest and coldest month of the year, Francesco Monti developed a passion for all things horror from an early age. A lifelong horror aficionado, his love for films, books, and the darker side of storytelling eventually led him into filmmaking, with a focus on horror, thriller, and sci-fi. In May 2022, Francesco turned that lifelong passion into GoreCulture — a platform created not only to bring horror fans closer to the films, stories, and culture they love, but to give a voice and valuable exposure to talented filmmakers, creators, and artists whose work deserves to be discovered, regardless of how established they are.
