Prepare for an adrenaline-packed adventure as Nicolas Cage takes center stage in the thrilling movie, ‘The Retirement Plan.’ The official trailer (check it out up here) for this bloody action-comedy has just been released, leaving audiences eagerly anticipating its theatrical release on August 25, 2023, in the United States.

In ‘The Retirement Plan,’ Ashley (portrayed by Ashley Greene) and her daughter Sarah (played by Thalia Campbell) find themselves embroiled in a dangerous criminal plot that jeopardizes their lives. With no one else to turn to, Ashley reaches out to her estranged father, Matt (Nicolas Cage), who currently enjoys a relaxed existence as a retired beach enthusiast in the Cayman Islands.

Their reunion is short-lived as crime boss Donnie (Jackie Earle Haley) and his loyal lieutenant Bobo (Ron Perlman) track them down on the idyllic island. As Ashley, Sarah, and Matt become entangled in an increasingly perilous web, Ashley discovers her father’s hidden past, revealing facets of his character that she never knew existed.

Joining the cast are Ernie Hudson (Ghostbusters) and Joel David Moore (Hatchet), adding their talent to the mix.
