The official trailer for Kurtis David Harder’s follow-up to the horror film Spiral, Influencer, has been released by Shudder. It can be found here!

On May 26, Influencer will start streaming exclusively on Shudder and AMC+.

“Influencer tells the tale of Madison (Emily Tennant), a well-known social media influencer who, contrary to what she claims to her Instagram fans, is experiencing a lonely and uninteresting trip in Thailand. She meets CW (Cassandra Naud), a bold and mysterious traveler, who offers to take her to some of the most Instagrammable spots. Together, they engage in genuine conversations over meals and beverages with locals while comparing CW’s absence of an online presence.

When CW takes Madison to a surprise location—a desolate island that is totally off the grid—things change rapidly and for the worse.

Rory J. Saper and Sara Canning are also featured.

The script was co-written by Kurtis David Harder and Tesh Guttikonda.
