“Monarch: Legacy of Monsters” is set to make its debut on November 17 on Apple TV+. The 3-minute opening scene takes us back to 1973, with the return of John Goodman, reprising his role from “Kong: Skull Island.” Bill Randa, portrayed by Goodman, survives a colossal monster showdown, setting the stage for an exhilarating journey.
