Four new cast members, including Damon Herriman, are set to join Kevin Bacon and Jennifer Nettles on Blumhouse TV’s upcoming action horror series, “The Bondsman,” slated for release on Amazon’s Prime Video.

According to Variety, Herriman, along with Beth Grant, Maxwell Jenkins, and Jolene Purdy, have all secured series regular roles in the show.

“The Bondsman” revolves around Hub Halloran (played by Kevin Bacon), a rural bounty hunter who returns from the dead with an unexpected opportunity for redemption, romance, and a resurgence of his music career, only to find his former profession now tainted by demonic forces.

Created by Grainger David and executive produced by Erik Oleson, the series will feature Jennifer Nettles as Maryanne, Hub Halloran’s ex-wife, and Beth Grant as Kitty, Hub’s mother. Herriman will portray Lucky, the successful owner of a country music club and Maryanne’s current partner. Jenkins will take on the role of Cade, Hub and Maryanne’s son, while Purdy will play Midge, a resilient character navigating a male-dominated environment.

Amazon has ordered eight half-hour episodes of “The Bondsman.”

The series is a collaboration between Blumhouse and Amazon, following their successful partnership on Prime Video’s horror dramedy “The Horror of Dolores Roach.” Jason Blum, Chris McCumber, Jeremy Gold, and Chris Dickie will executive produce for Blumhouse TV, alongside Paul Shapiro from CrimeThink. Additionally, Kevin Bacon will serve as an executive producer in addition to his starring role.
