FX is set to bring back the spinoff “American Horror Stories” next month with a special five-episode event as part of Hulu’s annual Huluween celebration. This afternoon, FX released a new trailer offering a closer look at the chilling monsters and narratives featured in the series.

All five episodes of the “Huluween” event will be available on Tuesday, October 15, on Hulu and through Hulu on Disney+ for bundle subscribers in the U.S. The series will also debut on Disney+ in Canada on the same date, with international releases to follow.

Created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, “American Horror Stories” first premiered on July 15, 2021, and was part of last year’s Huluween festivities. Each episode of the anthology series presents a unique horror story.

This year’s lineup features a star-studded cast, including Michael Imperioli, Henry Winkler, Dyllón Burnside, Debby Ryan, Jeff Hiller, Jessica Barden, Angel Bismark Curiel, Guy Burnet, Victor Garber, and June Squibb. Specific character and plot details have yet to be revealed.

The new trailer teases episodes titled “Backrooms,” “The Thing Under the Bed,” “Clone,” “Leprechaun,” and “X,” offering glimpses of the creatures and the cast they will haunt.

With hour-long self-contained episodes, the spinoff anthology will be exclusively available through FX on Hulu, featuring mostly original stories that stand apart from the main “AHS” series, making it a great binge option for the busy holiday season.

The five-night event kicks off on October 15.
