Two beloved nursery rhymes are getting the horror movie treatment this Halloween, with the release of “Three Blind Mice” and “Mary Had a Little Lamb.”
“Three Blind Mice” is a creature feature from Uncork’d Entertainment that will be released on Digital and DVD on October 17, 2023. The film follows Abi, a young woman who is going cold turkey at a cabin in the woods with her family. However, they soon discover that the Three Blind Mice of the nursery rhyme is more than just a fairy tale, and they may be next up on the menu.
The film is directed by Pierre B and stars May Kelly, Lila Lasso, Natasha Tosini, Samantha Cull, and Danielle Ronaldstar.
“Mary Had a Little Lamb” is a psychological horror film from IFC Midnight that will be released in theaters on October 21, 2023. The film follows a young woman who is haunted by the ghost of her childhood pet lamb.
The film is directed by Chloe Okuno and stars Isabelle Fuhrman, Maddie Ziegler, and Kerry Condon.
Both “Three Blind Mice” and “Mary Had a Little Lamb” promise to be disturbing and suspenseful takes on classic nursery rhymes. Horror fans are sure to be entertained by these twisted tales.
