Coming to limited theaters and VOD platforms on October 20, courtesy of Dark Sky Films, is Robyn August’s indie slasher flick, “KillHer,” now unveiled with an exciting trailer and artwork.

In this thrilling film…

Mattie, accompanied by her trio of closest friends – Eddie, Jess, and Rae – embarks on a journey into the woods for a weekend getaway, all in preparation for Mattie’s impending wedding and bachelorette party. Eddie, known for his relentless pranks, cunningly convinces them that they’ll be setting up camp near Mattie’s handsome fiancé, Jagger, and his group of friends. However, they soon discover that the tent they’ve cozied up to belongs to a mysterious recluse named Mr. Rogers, not Jagger, and they are most definitely in his territory!

Stranded with no cellular reception and nothing but a rudimentary restroom facility, their once-promising camping trip takes a nightmarish turn for these disgruntled campers. Matters worsen as fatalities begin to occur, and a chilling secret is unveiled. These women had one simple wish – a memorable pre-bachelorette party – and it appears their wish has been gruesomely granted.

The ensemble cast includes M.C. Huff (“Breakfast with Jenny”), Emily Hall, Jenna Z. Alvarez (“Shook”), Nicole Lovince (“Pitch Perfect” & “Dear White People”), Tom Kiesche (“Breaking Bad,” “W.M.D.”), Harrison White (“Venice the Series”), Jack Schumacher (“Top Gun: Maverick”), and Ron Rogge (“Stranger Things”).

All they ever desired was an unforgettable weekend, and it seems they’ve gotten precisely that in “KillHer.”
