While A24’s horror flick “Talk to Me” may have missed recognition at the United States’ Academy Awards this year, it’s celebrating a significant victory across the globe in Australia.
At the prestigious Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Awards, “Talk to Me,” directed by Australian brothers Danny Philippou and Michael Philippou, snagged an impressive eight awards over the weekend, including the coveted Best Picture.
Alongside the Best Picture accolade, “Talk to Me” secured victories in various categories:
