The upcoming episode of Netflix and Ryan Murphy’s “Monster” anthology series will be called Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story, and it was announced today.

Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan’s ground-breaking anthology series “Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story” with Evan Peters was such a huge hit that Netflix decided to commission two more seasons. One of only four series to accomplish this milestone, “Dahmer,” the record-breaking debut installment of Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan’s “Monster” anthology, surpassed 1 billion view hours in its first 60 days.

To date for “Dahmer,” Evan Peters won the Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actor in a Limited Series and received a SAG nomination for his performance; Richard Jenkins and the series both received Golden Globe nominations. Niecy Nash-Betts won the Critics Choice Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Limited Series, the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Actress in a Limited Series, and received both SAG and Golden Globe nominations for her performance.

This morning, Netflix also informed Bloody Disgusting that they have exclusive access to Lyle and Erik Menendez for a future documentary film.
