The trailer for Ray Liotta’s final film, Dangerous Waters, has been released. The film is scheduled to be released in theaters and VOD on October 13, 2023.
Dangerous Waters is a thriller about a sailing adventure that spirals out of control. 19-year-old Rose (Odeya Rush) lives a tough life in Florida with her single mother Alma (Saffron Burrows). When Alma’s new boyfriend, Derek (Eric Dane), whisks them away on a sailing adventure to Bermuda, their luck seems to change. However, Derek’s “business” is revealed to be less than legitimate when their boat is attacked by savage villains, set on fire, and Alma is viciously killed. Distraught and persecuted by Derek and The Captain (Ray Liotta), Rose unearths a primal instinct for survival and a terrifying need for vengeance. She will not yield until those responsible for her mother’s murder are dead.
Liotta died in May 2022 while filming Dangerous Waters. The film was completed posthumously.
