Pooh and Christopher Robin’s Return in ‘Blood and Honey 2’ Unveiled Through Two New Images
In addition to the lineup of unofficial Mickey Mouse horror movies in development, last year’s unnerving “Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey” is set to return with a sequel later this year.
Jagged Edge Productions tantalizes fans with news that the trailer for the slasher follow-up, “Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey 2,” is slated to drop by the end of this month, sparking anticipation with a preview today.
New glimpses of Winnie the Pooh and Christopher Robin, showcased below, hint at a substantial character revamp with a larger budget for the sequel.
The upcoming installment will bring back beloved characters including Winnie the Pooh, Christopher Robin, Piglet, Owl, and Tigger.
Director Rhys Frake-Waterfield vows, “Bigger and Badder,” promising fresh creature designs, a new ensemble, and an escalated body count. “However, this time, Pooh and company will venture beyond the 100 Acre Wood to confront the serene community of Ashdown!”
The cast of “Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey 2” boasts names like Tallulah Evans, Scott Chambers (Doctor Jekyll) as Christopher Robin, Ryan Oliva (Seasoning House) embodying Winnie-the-Pooh, and Peter DeSouza-Feighoney (The Pope’s Exorcist) portraying Young Pooh.
The screenplay for this slasher sequel comes from Matt Leslie (Summer of 84), adding to the mounting excitement for what’s in store.
