As we eagerly anticipate Hunter Schafer’s upcoming horror flick, “Cuckoo,” the talented actress has already lined up her next venture in the genre. Titled “Palette,” this psychological horror film will see Schafer sharing the screen with none other than Noomi Rapace (“Prometheus”).

According to Deadline’s latest report, the screenplay for “Palette” comes from Zach Strauss, who will also take the director’s chair for the project.

In “Palette,” Schafer takes on the role of Dolly, a woman afflicted with extreme synesthesia—a rare condition that allows her to perceive colors through sound. Drawn into a secretive and cult-like industry centered on color design, Dolly soon uncovers the chilling truth behind the creation of the world’s most vibrant hues.

Rapace joins the cast as Latrice, the mysterious executive of the company, while Frankie Shaw will portray Sidney, Dolly’s ruthless competitor within the organization.

Strauss expressed his excitement for the project, stating, “I feel beyond lucky to be making this dark and twisted movie with a truly exceptional cast and with such incredible partners in Anton, I know we’re going to create something really special.”
