Sony Pictures has dropped the latest trailer for David F. Sandberg’s Until Dawn, offering a chilling glimpse into a nightmarish time loop full of monstrous horrors.

Picking up where the previous trailer left off, Until Dawn traps a group of characters in an eerie location frozen in time. As they struggle to survive until morning, new, more terrifying threats emerge with each iteration. This fresh trailer amps up the horror, showcasing the film’s blood-soaked slasher madness, while teasing the gruesome, ever-changing monsters that await the characters.

We also get another look at Peter Stormare, the only actor from the Until Dawn video game making an appearance in the movie. Watch the spine-tingling trailer below.

Directed by David F. Sandberg (known for Lights Out, Annabelle: Creation, Shazam) and written by Gary Dauberman (It, The Nun), Until Dawn will hit theaters on April 25, 2025.

Plot Synopsis: One year after her sister Melanie’s mysterious disappearance, Clover and her friends venture into the remote valley where she vanished, seeking answers. Inside an abandoned visitor center, they find themselves stalked by a masked killer, who picks them off one by one in brutal fashion. However, they wake up only to realize they’re trapped in a horrifying time loop, forced to relive the same evening over and over again.

Each time the cycle resets, the killer grows more menacing, and the stakes become even higher. As hope begins to fade, the group realizes they have a limited number of deaths left, and the only way to escape is to survive until dawn.

Cast: The horror-thriller stars Ella Rubin (The Idea of You), Michael Cimino (Never Have I Ever), Ji-young Yoo (Expats), Odessa A’zion (Hulu’s Hellraiser), Peter Stormare (Clown, John Wick 2), Maia Mitchell, and Belmont Cameli.

The film is penned by Blair Butler (The Invitation) with a script rewrite by Gary Dauberman (Salem’s Lot). Until Dawn is being described as “an R-rated love letter to the horror genre.”
