In “Mind Body Spirit,” Anya, an aspiring yoga influencer, delves into a ritual practice passed down by her estranged grandmother. Her YouTube channel becomes a platform for documenting this spiritual journey, allowing her audience an intimate view. However, what begins as a self-help guide soon takes a sinister turn. As Anya becomes obsessed with the enigmatic power of the practice, she unknowingly releases an otherworldly entity that seizes control of her life and videos. Racing against time, Anya must uncover the truth before her descent into madness consumes her mind, body, and spirit. Will she unveil the nature of the ritual in time?
The film “Mind Body Spirit” is a collaborative effort by writer and director duo Alex Henes and Matthew Merenda.
Sarah J. Bartholomew, Madi Bready, KJ Flahive, Anna Knigge, and Kristi Noory lead the cast, while Dan Asma and Jesse McClung take on production duties.
