Charlotte Koh, representing Lionsgate, expressed their excitement, saying, “We went into ‘The Home’ not knowing what to expect, and James and Pete delivered an exhilarating ride of a movie that is pure suspense-filled fun and just plain bonkers. Audiences won’t know what hit them.”

Miramax’s Thom Zadra echoed this enthusiasm, stating, “James and Pete have created an instant horror classic, and we are thrilled to have found the perfect partner in Lionsgate to bring the film to U.S. audiences.”

In “The Home,” Davidson takes on the role of Max, a troubled man who embarks on a job at a retirement home, only to uncover that its residents and caretakers conceal sinister secrets. His quest to investigate the building and its forbidden fourth floor unravels connections to his own enigmatic past and upbringing as a foster child.

The script for this heart-pounding tale was co-authored by DeMonaco and Adam Canto, promising a cinematic experience that will leave audiences on the edge of their seats.
