Returning to the franchise, the original cast reunites in “Insidious: The Red Door,” with Patrick Wilson taking on the role of director as well. Prepare to uncover long-held family secrets as the Lamberts once again venture into The Further, confronting demons from the past and encountering a host of new terrors along the way.

The film sees the return of the beloved original cast, including Patrick Wilson, Ty Simpkins, Rose Byrne, Andrew Astor, and Lin Shaye. Sinclair Daniel and Hiam Abbass join the cast alongside them. Produced by Jason Blum, Oren Peli, James Wan, and Leigh Whannell, the screenplay is written by Scott Teems based on a story by Leigh Whannell, drawing inspiration from characters created by Whannell.
Expressing his excitement for the project, Patrick Wilson shared, “I’m honored and thrilled to be at the helm of the next Insidious installment, which will provide an amazing chance to unpack everything the Lamberts went through a decade ago, as well as deal with the consequences of their choices. Directing the movie is both professionally and personally a full-circle moment for me, and I am extremely grateful to be entrusted with continuing to tell this frightening and haunting story. Into the further, we go…”
