Adding to the lineup of successful creature features like Leio: The Terrible Giant, The Lake, and The 100, Thailand’s film market continues to thrive with the upcoming killer crocodile horror movie, Immortal Species.

Previously known as Thesis, the highly anticipated Immortal Species has just released its official trailer, providing a glimpse into the heart-pounding terror that awaits audiences. The film is set to hit theaters in Thailand on September 21, with further details on a U.S. release to be announced soon.

The story of Immortal Species centers around a rare herbal plant named “Chalawan,” which is sent to Nava, a senior botanical student, via the postal service. Intrigued by the origins of this mysterious plant, Nava assembles a team of friends to venture into the jungles of the West in search of answers.

As expected, their expedition takes a horrifying turn when they come face-to-face with a massive man-eating crocodile, unleashing a battle for survival, unlike anything they’ve ever experienced.

Directed by Jetniphat Sasing, Immortal Species features a talented cast including Natouch Siripongthon, Nattapon Raiyawong, Phatchaya Phiansamoe, Ploy Sornarin, and Vachiravit Paisarnkulwong.

Prepare for an adrenaline-fueled adventure as Immortal Species delivers the perfect blend of suspense, thrills, and monstrous reptilian horror. Stay tuned for more updates on the film’s release outside of Thailand.
