Director Parker Finn Enlists Kyle Gallner and Rosemarie DeWitt for Smile 2
Director Parker Finn is set to return to helm the sequel to “Smile” for Paramount, although an official title for the film has not been announced yet. Kyle Gallner, who starred in the original “Smile,” is confirmed to reprise his role. Joining the cast are Rosemarie DeWitt from “The Staircase,” along with previously announced actors Lukas Gage from “The White Lotus” and Naomi Scott from “Power Rangers.”

Brian Robbins, Paramount CEO, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “Smile’s breakthrough success is a testament to Parker’s unique and fresh filmmaking, and we are thrilled that he will make Paramount his home.” Michael Ireland and Daria Cercek from Paramount added, “Parker knows how to keep people on the edge of their seat, and we’re happy that we get to keep scaring audiences together.”
Parker Finn, responsible for both writing and directing, is geared up for this year’s sequel. Keep an eye out for more updates on “Smile 2” as information becomes available. With the first film raking in an impressive $217 million worldwide in 2022, the success virtually guarantees a highly anticipated sequel.
