Daniel Zolghadri in Talks to Star in Sci-Fi Horror ‘The Temple’ About Ghost-Hunting Millionaire
Daniel Zolghadri, known for his role in the upcoming disaster comedy Y2K and his guest appearance on American Horror Stories, is in negotiations to star in the sci-fi horror film The Temple, according to Deadline.
Directed and written by Canadian filmmakers Yonah Lewis and Calvin Thomas, The Temple follows the story of an orphaned millionaire (Zolghadri) who devotes his vast wealth and life to finding the ghosts of his deceased parents. To assist him in his quest, he enlists the help of a skeptical radiation scientist. The premise promises an intriguing mix of the supernatural and scientific inquiry, blending ghost hunting with elements of radiation science.
While details are still scarce, the concept of a ghost-seeking millionaire and a scientist exploring the supernatural opens up exciting possibilities for a unique and atmospheric film.
Zolghadri, who has recently appeared in Tales from the Loop on Prime Video and A24’s Funny Pages, is certainly no stranger to genre work, making him an exciting choice for the role.
The Temple will be produced by Katie Bird Nolan and Lindsay Tapscott for Babe Nation Films, alongside the filmmakers’ own Lisa Pictures. Production is set to begin soon, so fans can expect more updates as this sci-fi horror project takes shape.
