Caitlin Stasey Takes the Lead in Australian Horror Film ‘Feral’
Prepare for the unleashing of killer hogs in the upcoming survival horror film “Feral,” helmed by Australian director Jesse O’Brien (known for “Two Heads Creek”), currently in the pre-production stage.
Starring Caitlin Stasey and Dougray Scott, the creature feature follows the gripping narrative of a father and his estranged daughter stranded on a remote highway. Together, they must confront the threat posed by a merciless pack of feral hogs, who embark on a relentless hunt amid a statewide dust storm, testing their survival instincts to the limit.
The screenplay for “Feral” was crafted by Addam Bramich and George S. Mahaffrey.
Altitude Films has taken charge of sales for the film. Jesse O’Brien, not only a director but also a visual effects artist, previously contributed as a visual effects coordinator on the innovative dinosaur movie “65” and has worked on projects such as “Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile” and George Miller’s “Three Thousand Years of Longing.”
