The film centers around a once-respected psychiatrist who tragically murders her young patient. As a result, her life becomes a nightmare of supernatural terror and gruesome deaths, all connected to an ancient curse that seems unstoppable. Joining Crampton in the cast are Heather Graham, Judah Lewis, Bruce Davison, Johnathon Schaech, and Jonah Ray.
Director Joe Lynch expressed his excitement about the project, stating that he saw an opportunity to update and subvert Lovecraft’s traditional sensibilities in a modern and relevant way.
