Colm McCarthy, director of The Girl with All the Gifts and Outcast (2010), is set to deliver a new supernatural thriller with Bagman, arriving in theaters on September 20.

You can watch the official trailer for Bagman below.

The film stars Sam Claflin (Last Night in Soho), Antonia Thomas (The Good Doctor), Sharon D. Clarke, Steven Cree, William Hope, Adelle Leonce, Peter McDonald, Henry Pettigrew, Caréll Rhoden, and Will Davis.

In Bagman, a family becomes trapped in a horrifying nightmare when they are pursued by a malevolent mythical creature. The story centers on Patrick McKee (Claflin), who, as a child, narrowly escaped the Bagman—a legendary figure known for abducting children and stuffing them into a rotting bag. This traumatic encounter left lasting scars, and now, the Bagman has returned, endangering Patrick’s wife, Karina (Thomas), and their son, Jake (Rhoden).

The screenplay for this supernatural horror film was written by John Hulme.
