“Halloween” Novelization Back In Print For The First Time In 40 Years
John Carpenter’s Halloween is an all-time classic that is still a major touchstone for the month of October. The tale of Laurie Strode and Michael Myers is built into Horror’s DNA at this point. Now for the first time in 40 years, the novelization of Halloween is back in print for a limited time.
The novelization written by Richard Curtis/Curtis Richard has not seen the light of day since 40 years ago. Over the years Halloween Novelizations have become collectors items. So, the reprint is something fans look forward to to complete collections.
“Printed In Blood is VERY proud to present the ORIGINAL movie tie-in novelization, reprinted in full here for the first time in over 40 years! Halloween’s synopsis went like this:
“On a cold Halloween night in 1963, six-year-old Michael Myers brutally murdered his 17-year-old sister, Judith. He was sentenced and locked away for 15 years. But on October 30, 1978, while being transferred for a court date, a 21-year-old Michael Myers steals a car and escapes Smith’s Grove. He returns to his quiet hometown of Haddonfield, Illinois, where he looks for his next victims.“
