Twisted Metal, the upcoming Peacock Original series based on the popular video game franchise, is a wild and violent ride that puts the spotlight on the high-octane action and carnage fans have come to expect.
The series is set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland where a motor-mouthed outsider (Anthony Mackie) is offered a chance at a better life if he can successfully deliver a mysterious package. Along the way, he must contend with a variety of dangerous characters, including Sweet Tooth (Will Arnett), a deranged clown with a taste for violence.
The trailer for Twisted Metal features a variety of car chases, explosions, and fight scenes. It also introduces the show’s main characters, including Neve Campbell’s Raven, a mysterious woman with a dark past, and Thomas Haden Church’s Agent Stone, a ruthless government official who is determined to stop the outsider at all costs.
