Shudder, Sony Pictures Television, and Stolen Pictures are teaming up to bring audiences “Black Cab,” a supernatural horror film featuring Nick Frost (known for “Shaun of the Dead”). Screen Daily provides an exclusive sneak peek into the chilling world of the movie.

In “Black Cab,” Frost takes on the role of “an erratic cab driver,” helmed by director Bruce Goodison, known for his work on “Murdered By My Father,” “Leave To Remain,” and “Then Barbara Met Alan.”

Screen Daily delves into the plot, revealing that Synnøve Karlsen from “Last Night In Soho” and Luke Norris from “The Colour Room” portray a couple who find themselves at the mercy of their seemingly cheerful cab driver. However, their journey takes a terrifying turn when they realize that their driver has ulterior motives.

Penned by David Michael Emerson and Virginia Gilbert, the screenplay of “Black Cab” includes additional material contributed by Nick Frost himself, adding an extra layer of depth to the narrative.

Fans can anticipate the release of “Black Cab” on Shudder later this year, promising an exhilarating ride into the realm of supernatural horror.
