The next venture from Babak Anvari, the mind behind ‘Under the Shadow’ and ‘Wounds’, emerges as a gripping psychological thriller named ‘Hallow Road‘, with Rosamund Pike (known for ‘Saltburn’) leading the cast, as reported by Deadline.

Joining Pike is Matthew Rhys from ‘Perry Mason’, adding to the film’s star-studded lineup.

The storyline follows the frantic race against time embarked upon by two parents after receiving a distressing late-night call from their daughter, who’s involved in a tragic car accident.

Deadline highlights that filming is underway in Ireland and Prague, with Lucan Toh of Two & Two Pictures and Ian Henry of London Film & TV taking charge of production. The financing is handled by XYZ Films.

The screenplay for ‘Hallow Road’ comes from the pen of William Gillies.
