Closed Beta for Ruggero Deodato’s ‘Cannibal Tales’ Arrives on October 31, with a Public Demo Debuted at Steam Scream Event
Fantastico Studio has now unveiled the details of the impending closed beta for “Cannibal Tales,” setting its launch date for October 31. Alongside this announcement, the development team has shared additional insights regarding the beta phase and presented a fresh artwork featuring the game’s antagonist.
The closed beta, which interested participants can sign up for through the official “Cannibal Tales” website, is scheduled to run from October 31 to November 7. It promises a unique experience, distinct from the public demo offered earlier this summer. Participants in the closed beta will gain access to the first two chapters of the game, offering approximately 30 minutes of gameplay. Upon completing this early preview, players will be invited to share their feedback via a survey, contributing to the game’s ongoing development.
All of these efforts are geared toward Fantastico’s goal of releasing the full game in February 2024. As the official announcement highlights, the game is currently in the “home stretch” of development, with only the final two scenes, save functionality, options, and localization remaining on the checklist.
For those who may have missed the initial demo and are eagerly awaiting the closed beta, there’s good news. Fantastico Studio will be presenting an updated public demo during the “Steam Scream: The Revenge” event, set to take place from October 26 to November 2.
Lastly, the development team has generously shared a new image featuring Price, the enigmatic antagonist of “Cannibal Tales,” hard at work. This teaser hints at the dark and captivating narrative awaiting players in this unique gaming experience. Stay tuned for more details and mark your calendars for these exciting developments in the world of “Cannibal Tales.”
