The serial killer horror thriller Vindicta, starring Elena Kampouris, Sean Astin, and Jeremy Piven, will be released in select theaters and on digital on October 6th. The film follows a seasoned detective and a newly recruited paramedic who are forced into a deadly game of vengeance when a city is terrorized by a sadistic serial killer.

The film is directed by Sean McNamara, who has previously directed films such as Casper: A Spirited Beginning, 3 Ninjas: High Noon at Mega Mountain, and The Suite Life Movie. The screenplay is written by Ian Neligh, working from a story by producer Steven Paul.

The film has been rated R for violence and gore, language, and brief drug material.
